At fadein, we don’t believe that creativity has levels, and so, all levels are welcome. We guide you to make creative writing part of your life, where you can start and finish your projects and keep producing more and more creative work. To express yourself creatively is important, and it’s needed for every part of your life.

The goal of this workshop is to open up your creativity and get writing. Writer, Nadia Tabbara will give you tools to unlock your ideas and storytelling techniques to create a character and take them through a full story. With a mix of lecture, practical exercises and creative consciousness, you will leave feeling inspired and uplifted.

Founder and screenwriter, Nadia Tabbara, has taught hundreds of writers and non-writers in all fields find their voice and get writing. She is the founder of FADE IN: and can often be found guest lecturing in one of the fadein workshops or performing at storytelling and poetry nights around Beirut. Over the last 5 years, she developed the fadein creative methodology, combining creative consciousness with structured writing techniques. She loves her job so much, she is always available to any of the fadeinfamily of writers and dreamers, even when they whatsapp her in the middle of the night with a creative crisis!

This workshop is over two weeks on Saturdays for 2 sessions and is taught in English.

You can choose to attend either session only – OR attend the whole workshop.

Whether you’ve been writing your whole life, or, you’ve never written a story, this workshop is for you. Because in creativity, there are no levels.

Yes. Everyone is creative, that’s just a fact, but most of us build barriers to stop us from creating. In this workshop, we’ll break those barriers.

Where can I use these skills?
We will be focusing on fictional storytelling, however, the tools learned in this workshop can be used in professional writing (proposals, pitches, even emails).
